BPA Report was created to expose, on multiple levels, the critical issues that affect the economic health and well-being of black communities.

While we focus on the Black Portland Agenda (BPA), we recognize the clear impact of state, regional and national policies and other actions on the local landscape. Our issues are similar to issues facing black communities across the nation. Therefore, an important part of our mission is to support and collaborate with like-minded individuals nationwide.

We strive to be another credible voice of information, practical insight, and uncompromising advocacy against the forces working to destroy the economic interests of our community.
